Private Residential Rehab in Auckland

What to Expect at Keystone

Recovery message from Keystone Lodge about choosing life and taking recovery one moment at a time.

It begins with a confidential conversation. We take the time to understand your circumstances, answer your questions and determine the most appropriate pathway into residential treatment.

Once settled at Keystone, guests begin a structured, person-centred programme combining therapeutic support, recovery work, physical wellbeing, connection and healthy daily routines.

Recovery continues beyond residential treatment. Before leaving Keystone, we work with each guest to develop an individualised aftercare and relapse-prevention plan to support their transition back into everyday life.

What is Private Residential Rehab?

Keystone Lodge provides private residential rehab in Auckland for alcohol addiction, drug addiction and substance use. Our small, supportive environment gives guests the space to step away from everyday pressures and triggers and focus fully on recovery.

Through individual AOD therapy, structured support, recovery mentoring and holistic wellbeing, guests have the opportunity to understand the patterns behind addiction and begin building healthier foundations for life beyond treatment.

Our person-centred approach recognises that every recovery journey is different — sometimes the first step is simply having the space to breathe, reset and begin again.

A Person-Centred Approach

Your journey. Your story. Your recovery.

At Keystone, recovery is built with you, not for you. We recognise that every person arrives with a different story, different experiences and different goals.

Our person-centred approach allows treatment and recovery planning to reflect the individual — supporting guests to understand themselves, develop healthier ways of coping and discover what meaningful recovery looks like for them.
