Welcoming you to Keystone Lodge
Admission to Keystone Lodge Rehabilitation Centre begins with a phone call to determine the applicant's eligibility and motivation. Together we can determine if Keystone Lodge is right for you.
Upon admission, guests will be given a set of guidelines and house procedures to follow while residing with us. The guidelines typically include requirements for attending 12-step meetings, participating in group therapy sessions, one on one therapy, (with specialist AOD in-house psychologist) maintaining sobriety and displaying kindness and courtesy to staff and fellow guests.
Admission may also include a medical evaluation to assess the applicant's physical and mental health. The program may require applicants to undergo a detoxification process before therapy begins.
Our intention is to determine if our recovery model is suitable for you to achieve long term, quality recovery.

What to bring
Visits to nearby beaches and our onsite spa pool require you to pack your swimsuit. Perhaps a sunhat & sunblock too. We have a well equipped gym and offer PT training sessions so pack some trainers and gym gear. Comfortable yoga clothes and walking shoes for hikes and beach walks. The Lodge is located on bush and rural land so there is always opportunity for walking and running. There is also an e-bike you are welcome to ride.
Bring all the medications you will need for your entire stay and preferably blister packed by your pharmacy.
You are welcome to bring a favourite blanket, pillow or sentimental items. Computer, devices, headphones and wallet if you wish to go to the shops on regular shop runs. Remember to bring your toiletries and personal care items.
“The most special place on earth!
I found keystone on Google search while desperately seeking help for my alcoholism and I got a response almost immediately from Damo to firstly check I was okay, and then fill me in on what the lodge has to offer in terms of the start to recovery. After a few weeks stay I now consider this place a second home and the most special place on earth, the staff are warm and welcoming, all with their own stories and journeys to share, the facilities are awesome, from a well equipped gym to beautiful outdoor views and last but not least the therapists and time taken with you to working through the twelve steps of recovery is invaluable. I would highly recommend Keystone to anyone crying out for help, the hardest part is to reach out but once this has done, this special place will take care of the rest for you, I promise. I will be forever grateful I found Keystone.”
