Q: Can I bring my pet to treatment?
A: Yes,small dogs are welcome to come and stay with you. Keystone staff have a mix of cute small dogs and a resident cat.
If you have a larger dog there are boarding kennels 800m away.
Q: Can my partner (or friend) and I get treatment together?
A: Yes, couples are welcome.
We have a therapy model set up for this.
Seperate therapy for first 15 days then combined therapy for the completion of the program.
Q: Can my partner join me for therapy?
A: Yes, this is always encouraged with our head of therapy.
Q: How do I initiate admission to Keystone Lodge?
A: We can book a time to do an intake assessment over the phone or in person.
Q: Am I allowed to smoke or vape during treatment?
A: Yes, in designated areas outdoors.
Q: Can friends and family come and visit me?
A: Yes, friends and family are welcome to come on weekends but not stay overnight. Children can come and visit. If not in detox you are welcome to go out to lunch or the beach with friends & family.
Q: Will my phone be taken off me?
A: You can keep your phone with you at all times.
Q: Can I continue to work remotely while staying at Keystone Lodge?
A: Yes, each private room has a work desk and high speed Starlink internet service.
Q: I have food allergies and special dietary requirements. Is this ok?
A: Yes, our chef can cater for your individual requirements.
